Overview
Since 2018, the Sea Ranger Service has organised the annual Sea Ranger Bootcamp: A 9-day training camp for young people between the ages of 18 and 29. The Sea Ranger Service is growing and with it the number of Sea Ranger Bootcamps. To ensure that these Bootcamps are filled with enthusiastic young people, we are looking for a Bootcamp Recruiter.
This person ensures the inflow and outflow of young people for Sea Ranger Bootcamps in the Netherlands. We focus on a diverse group, with a strong focus on recruiting young people who are at a distance to the labour market. The Sea Ranger Bootcamp is an internal program that is led by former military personnel.
